El Dorado Future Chefs Competition |
In April the Future Chefs Commitee organized and put on the Cook Off at the Sequoia restaurant in Placerville.
This is an annual event for high school students in El Dorado County.
It provides scholarships for students wishing to enter the field of culinary arts. |
Grizzly Flats Burger Nights |
All Summer a community outing is held every Friday evening at Pioneer Fire's Station 35 in Grizzly Flats.
Hamburgers and Hot Dogs with all the fixin's. In its tenth year, this popular series draws well over 100 people each night.
